Introduction
Film is where the Chapter is most itself. The Hero Stories series lets master chefs tell, in their own words, how they came to the kitchen and who helped them get there.
Video Style
The brand film, In Their Own Words. Documentary, handheld but steady, shot in available light. The chefs speak to camera; the kitchen supplies the B-roll. Music is quiet piano and strings, mixed well under the voice.
Film Library
Eight Hero Stories and A Family of Chefs, all on the Chapter’s YouTube channel.

A few rules that keep video consistent.
- Open on the chef, not the logo. Close on the crest and the motto.
- Subtitle every film; many viewers watch without sound.
- Keep Hero Stories around 60 seconds, with widescreen and portrait versions.
- Use the thumbnail system for every upload so the channel reads as one series.
- Credit the chef by name and title in the lower third on first appearance.
