Overview
LFG Realty is an independent, broker-led brokerage in Garland, Texas, run by Kyle Paris, who has worked North Texas real estate since 2013. Good Word built the brand and messaging guidelines, an eight-page Webflow website, and a data-backed social content calendar, all working from one clear idea: Look for good. When it's time, let's go.

Challenge & Goals
North Texas real estate is crowded with agents who look and sound the same. LFG had a strong founder, real local credibility, and a growing commercial practice, but a one-page website and no shared playbook for how the brand should look, sound, or show up week to week.
Define what LFG stands for and put it in writing. Give the brokerage a website with room to rank for the neighborhoods and services it actually serves. Build a steady, on-brand social rhythm grounded in real market data, so every post teaches something.
Our Approach

Phase 01
A 47-page guide covering market context, positioning, the founder story, messaging pillars, tone of voice, logo, colour, typography, photography, signage, social templates, and Fair Housing guardrails. The name became the idea: LFG means Look For Good and Let's Go.
Phase 02
Home, About, Residential, Commercial, Neighborhoods, Listings, Blog, and Contact, with live market stats, neighborhood guides for Canyon Creek, Stonebridge Ranch, and Spring Park, a CMS blog with data-backed starter posts, and a page ready for an MLS listings feed.
Results
Pages of brand and messaging guidelines
Website pages, up from one
Data-backed social posts mapped through year end
