FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the Accessible Website Package cost?

$9,500, fixed. A $4,750 deposit starts the work and the balance is due at launch. Webflow hosting is billed to you directly by Webflow.

Will this make our website ADA compliant?

The site is built and tested to WCAG 2.1 AA, the standard the DOJ rule uses for state and local governments, and you receive an accessibility report at launch. Compliance also depends on what your team publishes later, so staff training covers it.

How long does it take?

Six weeks from kickoff to launch, as long as your draft copy arrives in week one.

Why Webflow?

Webflow lets your staff update pages and news without a developer, and it gives us full control of the accessibility and search details.

Can you move our existing site?

Yes. We move the text and images from up to eight existing pages and redirect your old URLs to the new ones.

Can our agency pay by purchase order?

Yes. Good Word Agency, LLC is registered in SAM.gov (UEI CR67S8XF5J16, CAGE 21BJ5). Request an invoice or send a purchase order through our For RFPs page, and we will hold your start date while it processes.
